You can't (as far as I know) link direct to the video. You have to link to the YouTube page and then to the video.

You can't save the video file to hard...

A thumbnail link to the video isn't essential. I agree a still from the video makes the list look more attractive, but that can be included in the post as a gif or jpg. ...

We have scores of videos in various threads, and it would be good to have them (or a copy) in one place. I thought about merging the video files into one but that wouldn't work...
