Incorrect, 12 hours before a duty, but longer before a duty requiring you to be acclimated. (2 local nights, in time zone 2hrs or less difference from Dubai, ie, good for mainland Europeans in summer...

980 hrs in the last 365 ( although only 870hrs according to to EK augmenting rules!)

95 hrs+ in feb (28 day month) plus training days ( no credit)

Eg. A augmenting FO sits in the seat for 6 hours on this 10+ hr flight, that's all that...
