Thanks TwinAisle. This photo is of the original Unique Air MD "Mark Davies", the one who also turned up in Cyprus a year or so back, did damage and evaporated again... maybe to Scottsdale, not sure....

I am glad to see smilingknifed's post above that he survived the aviation fraudsters Mark Davies and Mark Sedgewick and all their many scams. I too eventually got over the huge amount of wasted time...

Thanks for your reply Mike, I suspect that the reason nothing has been done is that they probably closed the company soon after the VAT refunds and once this has been done, the VAT office often does...

I was one of the people whose time was wasted massively by Unique Air back in 2007. I have recently come to know that Mark Davies did benefit from the fraud. He placed a number of aircraft orders...
