Minimum temperatures are only published for baro VNAV procedures and all of those we use are corrected to -15°C.

Depends on your FMC. Our A320 and 737 FMCs do not do automatic temperature correction although they do have all the information needed. So we have to do it ourselves, however our SOP only require it...
