Hey Agape,

If you can afford both go for it! EK is a great oppurtunity to have in BUD and also Odessa. It doubles your chances. I do not know anything about that place whether it is safe or not...

In my country if you need your passport urgently, then it takes 5 days but in normal cases can take 2 weeks up to forever. :hmm:
