Well... not really. According to AF book (see BEA's report appendix 9), when ALL IAS are unreliable "sécurité du vol" must be considered "affectée" and 5° NU/TOGA drill MUST be performed.

If you read carefuly BEA's reports you will notice that most (if not ALL) affected crews wisely decided NOT to apply the 5° up/TOGA drill :D

They are still alive (if, arguably, undisciplined).

Each time they made a "reasonnable attempt" to solve their problem (ND), the stall warning kicked in again and THAT is VERY, VERY sad !
