I think experienced guys are given proper...

I think experienced guys are given proper contracts and command upgrades but the Cadets are still on zero hour contracts.

Again just from what I hear and maybe wrong.

You don't know which agency to use and have no knowledge of any of them other than a phone call and a bit of digging and people...
