There was a fatal C310 accident out of Tamworth...

There was a fatal C310 accident out of Tamworth in 2005 due to a rudder trim misset. Aircraft had come out of the hangar and the pilot was in a hurry.

Unless there is a cockpit video recorder on board you will never be able to determine the how. All you have available to you is the reasonable assumption.

The KingAir has a worse safety than the MU2 in the US. The difference has been the Flight Safety Course that I think is compulsory for MU2 pilots.

There was a 310 out of Tamworth in 2005 that got airborne and rolled over on its back with an obvious outcome. It took the ATSB a while to work that out but eventually they come to the conclusion...

Once you wok out the orientation of the car with the dash cam footage there are a couple of observations to be made. The gear appears to be up and the wings are level. That would seem to support that...
