10-20º is hardly a "bunt". If the aircraft has been mishandled/ignored to the point of stall, I for one would be quite happy to see a firm & positive recovery from the pilots. :cool:

The information from the AF447 FDR now shows that the aircraft was descending for three minutes with and Angle of Attack of 40º or so - so it should be obvious to see now that, in this type of upset...
