Thanks for the replies.

The FCOM 3 07.10 states that if there is a difference between the AFM TR and Red OEB. The AFM TR wins, in the case of the bleed oeb is there a AFM TR for the bleed abnormal...

ECAM vs OEB first - A-320

You have a bleed fault in fault in flight.

Bleed abnormal. Do you go first to the OEB first then back to ECAM as per the oeb. In this case it seems seems. Logical to do OEB first.
