Heard they were screening some junior FOs first (with experience on type and/or hours on turboprop)
Then they ll fill in the gaps ...(if there are any)... with "frozens"

They did call a few people last week (dont know how many) but they were all experienced, some had the type.
So preference will be given to the experienced ones and i ve heard they might call...
