I can totally see both sides of the argument, but...

I can totally see both sides of the argument, but ultimately people are just taking an opportunity presented to them, whether it is easier or not than going down the traditional ga route.

It seems the cadets will either stay and get commands at some stage (RHS ICUS pending) or they will go elsewhere, surely a few years in the RHS of a Saab with airline experience be it Co-pilot time...

My understanding is you require 250 hours PIC of which 150 can be...
