Turkish airliner crashes at Schiphol

I would like to add to my previous post :
How the crew allowed this aircraft to enter this Undesired Aircraft State is what we are trying to understand, not to judge, but never to repeat....

If the Stabilizer trim was indeed trimmed almost fully nose up ( preparing to land), then to recover from stick shaker, the aircraft would have to be leveled off and full power applied.
