With hotel, food, transport, etc your TR will indeed cost you 25000 euros and of course they will not pay...

The only one who can really help you is your bank director, when you will explain him you want to pay 25000€ (joc and TR included) for a 4-5 months contract paid lower than an easyjet cabin crew. ;)
