IAS at 40 degrees AOA.

I don't think any pitot tube will produce a reliable output at extreme AOA's.

Flight Control Laws

With regard tot the control laws:

Both in normal and alternate law1 and 2, both elevator and THS are programmed to produce a certain G value. This would be 1G when the side-stick is in neutral. So...
