I got my annual jet 2 call from the recruitment...

I got my annual jet 2 call from the recruitment agency last week....... Thanks but no thanks says I.

But for those of you without jobs the fact they are still recruiting is good news.

I think tha animosity directed at Jet2 recruiting policies is largely historic, the selection system a few years back was very badly run with very experienced pilots being sat in front of a computer...

When I left Channel Express in 1999 that is exactly how I described the place, nice bunch of people to work with but the system needs to grow up.

It would be interesting to put board members...

It would be interesting to put board members through the psychological tests...... I suspect most airlines would find issues with those results !

Yesterday I got my annual phone call from an agency that supply's pilots to Jet2.

So from this I gather that they are looking for pilots.
