As NAS move into the North of the UK it matters not if there is a Base at Liverpool or Manchester just as long as there is enough in the way of connections to the pilots base airport

The roster will depend on the base you have and if you ask for nights away from base or return to base each night, there is some roster experimentation going on at the moment, as an example LGW...

The taxation issue is also complicated in the UK by which agency you are "employed" by.

This will all soon be academic as soon all the pilots will be employed by a local NAS subsidiary company.
