how do you know ? You know if this happened...

how do you know ?

You know if this happened during the opening hours of the AFIS agent ? (published by NOTAM) , if not then it is only RFFS level 1.. Courchevel is not a controlled airport .

There were unfortunately some injuries, one bad . and yes, you need special qualification /rating to use altiports in France. and Courchevel is restricted use to holder of that mountain rating....
