Yes - and no! ICAO states the phrases RADAR CONTACT as well as IDENTIFIED. Under Termination of Service, there is a sort of implication that the latter term is relevant to ADS-B, but that "radar"...

Indeed - why not refer, certainly by RTF, to any source of a magic picture as radar - after all, it's all produced by radio transmissions!
