Very good post cirro! I think most of the cadets are probably off crying about the fact that direct entry guys (and gals) are being hired over the top of them! The funniest thing is hearing them...

Even under the current 'proposed' exemption cadets will require a minimum of 3000hrs on the SAAB before being qualified to apply for the PICUS program. So thats a minimum of 5yrs...
