Bex88.... No choice, low to no roster satisfaction and all enforced by BALPA. I even took this up with AB and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders.

Its not rocket science guys...use excel......2/3 years to a command in Easy Jet Ryanair, considerably longer in BA to achieve the four figures in BA which is actually on SH command below the others...
