Thanks NR; already done all that; "itunes" still in French though! Any other ideas? Will turning off "Location Services" help?

iPAD stuck in French!

iPad purchased and having (unfortunately) registered my French address during the "Set-up" procedure the iTunes (and much else) assumes I am fluent in French. How do I either re-register or change...
