QR had a 20% payrise this year and a small bonus. Not as big a bonus as your friend at EK. Afraid you might need to join him at EK if you're looking for that amount.

Peritto, depends how experienced on 320. Some are getting 330 (whilst people waiting internally for upgrade). Others getting 320, safe bet and most probably expect A320.

Taken out of your salary every month and repaid in full (no interest) after the 36 month period.
