I suggest 2 sheds and Lemain look up the aviation definition of altitude. It relates to MSL.
Height relates to a specified ground level !

Confusing the two could be lethal particularly when used...

If this guy really did think he was in a JP there is no way he would have used less than full power on pull up into a 4 g loop.
