At my company, we can dispatch if RCC is reported...

At my company, we can dispatch if RCC is reported as 1 but we have to have an alternate listed unless there are additional runways that have an RCC above 1.

6/6/6 means dry and won’t be reported. 5 will...

6/6/6 means dry and won’t be reported. 5 will usually equate to a wet runway. You can have a combination such as 6/5/5. 1 would be pretty slippery.
