Not anymore .... if you have only failed the sim now you can continue through the rest of the process. If all else is passed you can comeback within a year and only have to do the sim

I have not seen a roster like that for years. Its nonsense to suggest you will have a roster like that. Also , ask how many guys are getting their 42 days vacation. Lots are not.
