Is it still 6 years to get a command for experience F/O who are joining now? (assuming they have the 3500hrs factorised when they join)

They are talking about 6K€/month for joining...

They are talking about 6K€/month for joining experience F/O in Paris on local contracts.... (Could anyone confirm?....)

So they are not factoring hours like EasyJet,...

So they are not factoring hours like EasyJet, Ryanair, Volotea,...?
A 10,000hr F/O will wait the same time as a 250hr cadet for a command assessment?
And same thing regarding salaries?
