My POH for the Warrior II 161 allows 7lbs of fuel...

My POH for the Warrior II 161 allows 7lbs of fuel for "Engine start, taxi and run up" (Section 6.7, Weight and Balance).

7.2lbs is an Imperial Gallon, so that's about 1 Gallon or 4.5 litres.
