6/6 or 20/20 is a measurment of visual acuity used as a standard. When you have 20/20 vision it means that you are able to see from 20 feet away what a person with "normal" vision would see...

Eyesight can change with age regardless of the fact that you study a lot. At the age of 21-22 it becomes stable. It might change after that but it does not change that much.
