For the "Dutch route" to work you would have to have a Dutch-issued JAR-FCL license. And you can only transfer your license onto the Dutch registration if you live in the Netherlands.

I doubt whether this is correct. JAR-FCL NQ requires, among other things, five full stop landings and take-offs at night. And these need to be done SOLO. Having anybody on board, even an instructor...
