I don't think you can question the video. No aircraft should be flying across Bulla Rd at that height.....

Take a look at the attached. it's taken from Google Maps. it's roughly the same location...

Pure observations...

I will admit my first thoughts were EFATO on a B200 should not end like this. This aeroplane is almost stupid proof. But the more I watch the video and look at the satellite...
