hand on Power Levers

I am fortunate enough to fly with a Captain who is so good he does not need to keep a hand on the power levers, cos he trusts the AT 100%.

any input from a "prefessional" person who experiences aicraft in close proximity has to be of interest, to build up a sound picture...
