The problem with this forecast, is EK is 1500...

The problem with this forecast, is EK is 1500 pilots less than what they were in 2019. There is no chance EK can be operating at 2019 levels in 2023, even if they started rehiring yesterday.

So.. get assigned 30 days unpaid leave on 2 days...

So.. get assigned 30 days unpaid leave on 2 days notice, and since we're on 50% anyway, only lose 1/2 a salary..

Or get assigned 30 days unpaid leave in Oct/Nov and lose another full salary..
