Hired on the spot for the L1011 LHS.
The L10 fleet manager at the time was Capt Ahmed Sias...he made the decisions, not the HR department.:)

A bit of advice from a long time ex-SVA Captain...do not turn down the scheduled interview...you may well not get a second invitation.
Unless management there has changed their stripes (unlikely)...
