Unfortunately in the EU any idiot with 250 hours and type rating can get to a linee cockpit..paying for it in the range of 150K euro so that he'll be able to post a picture of him self in the cockpit...

I just wonder how can the Gulf carrier operate to the US as those countries don't even contemplate basic human rights. Not defending NLH just trying to understand how is possible Emirates is not...
