So...is there a link or someone willing to describe the latest interview process

When I did the process 2 years ago it was 3 days, now some says it is 4 days.
Anyone knows and wants to talk about it? I mean the interview process, not the "WHY OR NOT" someone should come to work...

There are 20 villas available next to mine.There are a few older ones that are going to be available because o fsome departures. So for now no shortage....but for the future!!??
