Where does that fit into normal useage before the pause versus Civil gliding numbers?

Well as Tucumseh has pointed out any new aircraft will be on the road to UN airworthiness from day 1 unless registered on the CAA/ BAA register but you can read all about it on this very thread ...

Well small ray of light - the aircraft in the picture is ZH186- my first ever solo machine back in 1996.
