But a friend of mine, who is a turboprop captain with another airliner with a lot of hours and PIC hours as well, just went to a PSP1 assessment... He is not that young, nor fresh anymore. :)

It's weird...

In my current company, a cargo turboprop operator.
A FO is invited for the PSP1, while a captain (with obvious more hours and PIC hours) got a rejection mail.
So how do you explain this? Go...
