Spin up to prevent aquaplane

Tire Spin up. Can it reduce aquaplaning?

Thanks for the link to "Tyre spin up". Several talked about tire wear, activation of spoilers, greaser landings, reaction forces on the gear, gyroscopic forces and the like. Interesting thoughts.
