i would be very surprised if the current pay structure and pay points exist after this restructure. Simplified 2 stage for cruise pilots/Fo/Capt would save a fortune whatever your seniority so back...

Good opportunity for BA to get cruise pilots into the business for LH too? Saves a wedge on further reduced FO salaries and training costs? I think the legislation is in place but not yet activated?
