Exactly. Cheaper AND better training value. Sure, you need the aeroplane for the real-world One Eng Inop flying and exposure to real-world ATC but in every other respect the sim beats the aeroplane...

It will use a flight model that is very close indeed to that of a Full Flight Sim. The approval as a "generic" jet is mainly a cost issue (allowing it to be certified as an FNPT2 rather than FFS)...
