Not sure where you arem(country) but most CRM courses are dictated by your aviation authority. It should be part of your overall recurrent.

If memory serves me correct the pay was 5600 euro...

If memory serves me correct the pay was 5600 euro and only 8 days off a month. Sick leave accural rate was very low also.
