General procedure is announce your intentions on CTAF, speak with any other traffic and work...

JO Pilots = -6%
ALM = -6%
Aeop = 0%
Aeng = +1%...

There are two inputs, i'm guessing basic pay and an additional amount, probably flying pay.

No way of checking if the amounts are correct as no pay...
