1) Cost 20K Nett for an FI course; remuneration circa £55-60 per flight hour, although I have seen one organisation recently offering £100 / Hr, but this is uncommon....

Yes, Jon has a lovely R44' recently refurbed.

We do all miss Phil, he made sure he looked after my wife and I, and for that I'm appreciative.

Jon can also sort all LPC's that are needed.

Agree that the 22 POH says no Gov Off training unless practicing for emergencies.

That said, you the CAA, and EASA want better, higher quality training... So how do you teach...
