How much time? 2 weeks? 10 years? Most gift certificates have expiry dates. If the customer waited that long and let it expire then they can't blame anyone but themselves.

The c182 is a great aircraft, but its only single engine and single pilot. I think you'd be much better off staying on the airvan and logging the twin hours (even though only as f/o)...
