There are already 16 type rated pilots ready to go when EZY gives the nod - so they will be first in the queue leaving maybe 16 new places for the rest of the hold pool

I was awarded a FI scholarship a couple of years ago - I went to a comprehensive school, I have no prestigious connections, I was never an air cadet and have been too busy with other things in life...

You could look at it like that but the other side of the coin is that you pay to do mcc and joc with ctc (you would have to do mcc with someone anyway) and then as long as they are happy with you...

Time from application to Stage 2 invitation

I applied last week a couple of days before the website said it was accepting applications (thanks to a thread on PPrune!) and got the stage 2 confirmation yesterday - so for me it was 9 days...

Read this with interest as at 31 I have just got my PPL and also want to go the commercial route. My big snag (if you will excuse me also coat tailing!) is that having gained my PPL in New Zealand...
