The 8 expats have been picked up by helicopter this afternoon from the Governor’s house at Yenagoa and flown to PHC where they will be flown to Abuja....

Oh.....I have misunderstood. If a spare part is purchased, the cost of which is partly or fully covered from charitable donations, it ONLY is used on the ‘non commercial’ Community EMS helicopter....
