Just my opinion but I think the accident investigation one sounds good. Wanting to be a pilot myself, it would be my opinion that something that shows the ability to solve problems would be useful...

I agree with the point above, this is a very difficult question for someone other than yourself to answer. If you want to be a pilot that much then you should be able to answer the question yourself....
