VA are honestly not what they are cracked up to be, I work as Crew at LGW and have had a lot of friends who were hosties for VS.

They get paid £9.5000 p/a, and they only get flight...

Rosters are generated automatically by the in-house system, and they are not dependent on language skills at all....

GB are a franchise of British Airways, they operate A320/321 from LGW mainly but also from LHR.

The starting CC pay is similar to BA, at around £9,500 per annum.
Flight allowance is around £2.20...

You do have to pay the money back if you dont get kept on!

As me and 12 other members of my course had the £600 deducted from our last pay packet!

So dont get caught out by that.

And as they only give out a temporary contract, youre going to have to pay back the full amount if youre contract dosent get renewed!

I worled for them last season, nice airline to start off with.

Beware of the £600 bond you have to pay back when you leave though!

The basic was £10,000 plus £2.00 ph flying allowance.
