Does the expiry on a class one medical run to midnight on the date that's on the medical, or midnight of the night before.

What are the standard speeds for a Cat C aircraft on a procedural approach and is that the same for an DME Arc to ILS?

Thanks for all the replies guys!! It's EZY info I'm after. I didn't know there were so many different ways to trigger the off time. So a safe bet will be 1.5 - 3 kts groundspeed? ;)

ICAO / JAR / CAA help?

OK, so there are the ICAO Annexes, JAR OPS for commercial operations and then AIP for UK updates to the Annexes. Where does the ANO fit into all this? As the AIP seems to have some of the same rules...
